What is a CotY Award?
CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR (CotY), An impartial panel of judges who are experts within the industry and associated fields, select winners based on each entrant’s binders, which include “before and after” photography and project descriptions. Judging focused on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovations, degree of difficulty, and entry presentation.
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named Rolf Schroeder General Contactors, Inc., in Ivyland, PA (Bucks County), 2011 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) in the Residential Kitchens $40,000 - $80,000 category of its annual awards competition.
