ROLF SCHROEDER

Owner/President

NARI Certified Remodeler, Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler, Universal Design Certified Professional Remodeler

As president and founder of Rolf Schroeder General Contractors, Inc., Rolf knew all his life he loved to build. Working with his hands came naturally for him, and building was no exception. Rolf graduated from William Tennent High School. He attended Middle Bucks Institute of Technology (MBIT), graduating from the carpentry program with honors at the top of his class. In his senior year, he worked within the MBIT Co-operative Program for a custom builder who mentored him on quality construction. Rolf continued working for a few additional local builders before starting his own remodeling company in 1982.

From the values of his education at MBIT and having the opportunity to be trained by and work for local builders, Rolf began building beautiful projects in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Having been raised in a family with a strong work ethic and a focus on fine craftsmanship, he was destined to succeed.

As a long-time member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Rolf has held leadership positions as the finance chairperson, treasurer, most recently the president of the local Bucks-Mont NARI Association, and current is the Chairman of the Board. For his leadership abilities, he has been honored with the Committee Chairperson of the Year Award, Professionalism Award, and MVP Award. Rolf holds three NARI certifications, including Certified Remodeler, Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler, and Universal Design Certified Professional.

Rolf earned the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America as an Eagle Scout and is a member of the National Eagle Scouts Association and past member of the Order of the Arrow.

Matt is our occasional helper and what we call “a sight for sore arms.” Matt’s nickname could be “Matt the Wrecker,” but in a good way as he is always by our side to help with the tough work. Matt operates his own bounce house business which primarily keeps him busy through a four-day weekend. But he is our helping hand on the other days.
